Accounts, Licenses, and Downloads
Use only the account and license that belong to you. Keep customer downloads and entitlement information private.
- Do not share, sell, rent, trade, sublicense, or publicly distribute an account, license key, client session, or customer executable.
- Do not use another person's payment method, Discord identity, linked device, or recovery access without authorization.
- Do not bypass a plan, device link, cooldown, suspension, update requirement, signature check, or other access control.
Service and Security Abuse
Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape at abusive rates, reverse proxy, impersonate, or interfere with Nova services or providers. Coordinated vulnerability research requires prior written authorization and must avoid customer data, disruption, persistence, or public disclosure before remediation.
- No malware, credential theft, token theft, phishing, ransomware, botnets, or unauthorized persistence.
- No forged requests, replay attacks, session theft, release tampering, signature bypass, or unauthorized API automation.
- No attempts to identify, expose, threaten, or harass Nova staff, customers, or community members.
Scripts and Submitted Content
You remain responsible for scripts, presets, text, links, and other content you submit or run. Do not submit content that is malicious, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or designed to steal credentials or damage a device or service.
Nova may review, quarantine, reject, remove, or preserve submitted content and related security records when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce this policy, or comply with law.
Enforcement
Nova may rate-limit, quarantine, suspend, revoke, or terminate access for a suspected or confirmed violation. The response will be proportionate to severity, recurrence, risk, and available evidence. Serious fraud, malicious code, attacks, or credential theft may result in immediate action.
