Agreement and Eligibility
By accessing externals.gg, creating an account, purchasing or redeeming a license, downloading Nova, or using the Nova client, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. Do not use Nova where purchasing or using it is unlawful.
Operator and Contact
Nova operates the Nova software and externals.gg. Nova is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
Questions about these terms, an account, or a purchase can be submitted through the official Nova Discord at https://discord.gg/xternal. Never send a password, authentication token, session cookie, or recovery code to support.
Plans, Payment, and Delivery
Standard and Pro are one-time purchases for lifetime Nova access and updates, subject to these terms. Standard includes the core Nova feature set. Pro includes the same core plus the Pro capabilities identified on the current pricing page.
Checkout and payment are handled by SellAuth and its payment providers. Prices, currency, taxes, quantity, and the exact items in your order are shown before payment. An order may include up to 10 copies of one plan and delivers one key per copy. Each key must be redeemed once on its intended Discord account. After redemption, a license is personal, limited, revocable for breach, and non-transferable unless Nova expressly approves a transfer.
- Do not resell, rent, sublicense, publish, or share a Nova license or customer download.
- Do not dispute a valid charge as unauthorized after receiving and using the purchased access.
- Your mandatory consumer rights and the separate Refund Policy continue to apply.
Accounts and Linked Devices
Nova uses Discord sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for activity performed through your Nova account. One account must not be shared among unrelated users.
Native access is linked to the approved device. User-initiated device resets have a seven-day cooldown. Nova may refuse a reset or access request when identity, ownership, or entitlement cannot be verified.
Software License and Restrictions
Nova grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the official Nova software for the duration of your valid lifetime entitlement. Nova and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
You may not copy or distribute customer builds, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, forge sessions or entitlements, interfere with updates, reverse engineer Nova except where applicable law expressly permits it, attack Nova services, or use Nova to deliver malware, steal credentials, harass others, or violate another person's rights.
Updates, Compatibility, and Availability
Nova is provided for supported Windows systems and depends on third-party platforms, networks, operating-system behavior, and the active Nova release. Features may be updated, repaired, replaced, limited, or removed when necessary for security, compatibility, law, or product quality.
Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the Nova product and the purchased entitlement; it does not promise that every feature, third-party platform, or operating system will remain unchanged forever. Planned maintenance, emergency security work, and failures outside Nova's control may temporarily interrupt access.
Suspension and Termination
Nova may suspend or revoke access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment abuse, account sharing, security threats, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Security and abuse controls may also temporarily block identifiers associated with prohibited activity.
Where practical, Nova will provide a reason or support path. Suspension does not erase a valid lifetime entitlement unless access is permanently terminated for a material breach, fraud, or charge reversal. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
Warranties and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is provided as available without warranties that are not expressly stated on the website. Nova does not warrant uninterrupted access, compatibility with every system, or compatibility with every third-party script or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nova's aggregate liability for a claim connected with a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Changes and Contact
Nova may update these terms to reflect product, provider, security, or legal changes. Material changes will be identified by a new last-updated date and, when appropriate, an additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
Applicable law and any mandatory local consumer protections govern your use. Before filing a formal claim, contact official Nova support so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved promptly.
