Enrollment and Referral Codes
Any current member of the official Nova Discord may create a referral link immediately through the dashboard; there is no application or approval queue. Creation requires a verified Discord email and acceptance of these terms. Your chosen public referral code is permanent unless the Nova owner reassigns it for safety, impersonation, conflict, or program administration.
If a code is reassigned, previously captured clicks remain associated with the affiliate who owned the code when the click occurred. The displaced affiliate may choose one custom replacement code at no charge before new referrals resume.
Honest Promotion and Disclosure
Clearly and conspicuously disclose near each promotional link that you may earn commission from qualifying purchases. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand before a person clicks or buys; a hidden profile disclosure or vague wording is not enough.
Do not make false performance, safety, availability, price, earnings, or endorsement claims; impersonate Nova staff; use spam, deceptive redirects, paid search that misrepresents Nova, malware, credential theft, or incentives that obscure the customer's choice; or refer yourself.
Attribution and Eligible Purchases
A valid referral click lasts seven days. The latest valid link clicked at or before SellAuth's authoritative payment-completion time receives credit. A new valid click replaces an older attribution. Forged or expired attribution, self-referrals, inactive affiliates, and purchases by an existing Nova customer do not qualify.
Only the buyer's first valid paid Nova order can generate commission. When that order contains multiple copies of one plan, commission uses the qualifying revenue for the entire validated order but counts as one credited sale. Upgrades, repeat purchases, taxes, and unsupported or ambiguous invoice data do not automatically earn commission. Nova verifies the completed invoice directly with SellAuth before recording earnings.
Commission and Pending Period
Commission is calculated in US dollars from actual Nova item revenue after discounts, excluding taxes and SellAuth-reported gateway fees. The rate is fixed for each sale when credited and changes only for later purchases.
- Sales 1–10: 15%.
- Sales 11–25: 17.5%.
- Sales 26–50: 20%.
- Sales 51–100: 22.5%.
- Sales 101 and later: 25%.
- Each credited sale remains Pending for 30 days before becoming Eligible.
Manual Payouts
You may request between $25 and your available Eligible balance. The requested gross amount is locked as In payout. The dashboard payout workspace records the method, terms, messages, status, and final receipt.
You choose Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin, or Robux via game pass and securely provide the destination. Bitcoin network fees may apply. The owner cannot change your method or destination, but may deduct a disclosed transfer or network fee from the locked gross amount when recording payment or ask you to replace the destination before payment. The fee does not require separate acceptance. Nova notifies you of the exact gross amount, fee, and net paid after the owner confirms payment. Changing your method or destination before payment invalidates older payout details. Cancellation before payment releases the full locked gross amount. Payment is handled manually and is complete only when Nova records the payout as paid.
Robux payouts convert Eligible US dollars at $5.10 per 1,000 whole Robux of game-pass list price, rounded down. Roblox's 30% Marketplace Fee is not covered, so the pass creator receives approximately 70% of the displayed price; for example, a $5.10 payout requires a 1,000 Robux pass and yields approximately 700 Robux. Nova adds no separate Robux payout fee. You must submit a new pass; Nova automatically finds the public experience that owns it. The pass must remain on sale at the exact displayed price with Managed Pricing disabled. The experience must remain published, public, unrestricted, free to enter, and playable by Nova's payout account so the owner can open it and manually purchase the pass. Passes already owned by that account cannot be reused. Group-owned pass proceeds pay the displayed group. Roblox may hold proceeds as Pending Robux.
Refunds, Reversals, and Review
A refunded or cancelled customer invoice reverses its commission. A reversal before payout reduces Pending or Eligible funds; a reversal after payout creates a negative Eligible adjustment that offsets future earnings. Duplicate, inconsistent, non-USD, or unsupported invoice data is held for owner review rather than paid automatically.
Nova may append a documented positive or negative adjustment for a correction, dispute, or manual resolution. Historical sales and ledger entries are not edited or deleted.
Membership, Suspension, and Taxes
Leaving the Nova Discord pauses new earnings and payout requests but preserves balances and history. Rejoining, or a documented owner override, may resume participation. Nova may pause or remove an affiliate for deception, abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, legal risk, or breach of these terms.
You are responsible for taxes and payment information required in your jurisdiction. Do not submit tax IDs, bank login details, private crypto keys, or other sensitive financial records in Discord. If documentation is required, Nova will use a separate secure workflow. Nova tracks annual paid totals for owner accounting review.
