Digital Product Delivery
Nova Standard and Pro are digital products delivered through a license key or entitlement after SellAuth checkout. Once a key is delivered or redeemed and the customer can access the dashboard or software, the digital product has begun to be supplied.
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or other remedy that applicable consumer law requires.
When Nova Will Review a Refund
Contact support promptly with the SellAuth order identifier, the Discord account used for redemption, and a clear description of the issue. Do not post a license key or payment details publicly.
- A duplicate charge for the same intended purchase.
- A paid order that was not delivered and cannot be delivered after reasonable support troubleshooting.
- A material failure to provide the purchased Standard or Pro access that Nova cannot correct within a reasonable time.
- An unauthorized payment reported by the actual payment-account owner, subject to identity and fraud review.
- Any refund or withdrawal right required by applicable law.
Requests That Are Normally Not Eligible
A refund is normally not provided for a change of mind after a delivered or redeemed key has been used, failure to read clearly displayed Windows or plan requirements, purchase from an unauthorized reseller, account sharing, prohibited conduct, or loss of access caused by a material breach of the Terms.
A temporary service interruption or a support issue that Nova can reasonably correct does not automatically qualify for a refund. Nova will assess the actual delivery and circumstances rather than applying a blanket no-refund statement.
How Refunds Are Handled
Submit the request through the official Nova Discord at https://discord.gg/xternal. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment path where possible. SellAuth or the payment provider may control processing time and may require additional verification.
A refund may revoke the related license, plan, download access, and active sessions. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee eligibility and may pause access while the transaction is investigated. Fraudulent disputes or use after a reversed payment may result in termination.
