What Nova Uses for Sign-In
Start on externals.gg and choose the Discord sign-in option. Discord shows the authorization request, then returns you to Nova's website so your plan and dashboard access can be checked.
This identifies the Nova customer account. It is not a request for Roblox credentials and does not require you to paste a Roblox session into a website or desktop form.
How the Linked Device Fits In
A valid paid plan is linked to an approved Windows device before the protected Nova download and normal client access are available. That device check helps keep the purchased plan connected to the customer who owns it.
If you replace or reset the computer, use the dashboard's device management flow. User-initiated device resets have a seven-day cooldown, so do not unlink a working device casually.
Credential Requests Are a Red Flag
Do not send a Roblox password, cookie, backup code, or Discord token to a reseller, support impersonator, or file downloaded from a mirror. Official support can work from your Nova account and the exact error without taking over either account.
If you already shared a credential, change it through the relevant official account provider and review active sessions before continuing with the Nova setup.
