Check the Discord Identity First
Sign out of externals.gg only if the dashboard clearly shows the wrong Discord account, then authorize the identity that actually redeemed the Nova plan. Do not redeem another key simply because the browser used a different signed-in Discord session.
The dashboard should show the plan attached to that customer account. If the plan is missing, keep the purchase and redemption details ready for official support instead of moving files between accounts.
Understand the Linked Device
The linked device connects protected downloads and normal Nova access to the paid customer. If the dashboard already shows the current computer, continue with the same account and active Nova.exe.
If you replaced hardware or moved to a different computer, use the dashboard device-reset flow. The seven-day user cooldown is part of that flow, so resetting a working device can temporarily prevent another reset.
Send Support the State, Not Credentials
Provide the Discord user ID, visible plan status, device-state message, and when the last reset occurred. Never send a Discord token, password, Roblox cookie, recovery code, or private browser session.
Official support can compare the Nova account and device state without taking over the customer's Discord or Roblox account.
