Read the Loader from Top to Bottom
Nova separates account, update, compatibility data, and Roblox connection states. If an earlier row is still waiting or has failed, the connection row cannot complete correctly even if Roblox is already visible.
Resolve the first incomplete state. A plan or device message belongs to the dashboard flow; an update message belongs to the official Nova release; a Roblox message belongs to the client that is currently running.
Use One Supported Roblox Client
Close old Roblox processes and launch the normal supported Windows client. Join a game and wait until the live session is ready, then let Nova discover the active process instead of selecting an unrelated background process manually.
Nova checks the exact Roblox version in use. After a Roblox update, the active Nova release and matching compatibility data must be available before connection can complete.
Refresh Only the Failed Session
If account and update checks are complete but connection remains stale, close Nova and Roblox normally, confirm both processes have exited, then start the current Nova.exe and one Roblox session again.
If the same loader message returns, save the exact text and the order of steps. That repeatable result is more useful to support than installing another executable or clearing unrelated Windows settings.
